  • Join us at the 2 Mindful Girls Yoga Studio for magical classes where kids can move, breathe, and create! Each session includes yoga, fun games, breathing techniques, movement, and art. With new themes every week, kids engage in activities designed to inspire creativity, mindfulness, and joy.

    Class Options:

    Toddler Yoga + Play (Walkers - 2.5 w/ Adult)

    Duration: 45 minutes

    Step into a world of wonder where toddlers explore the joy of movement and imagination! Our Toddler Yoga & Play sessions combine gentle yoga poses, enchanting stories, music, and creative play. These classes are designed to nurture your child’s motor skills, creativity, and love for movement in a supportive and fun environment. Perfect for energetic toddlers ready to stretch, giggle, and grow!

    Little Luminaries (Ages 3–5)

    Duration: 45 minutes

    A playful and nurturing class tailored to preschoolers. Through yoga, creative movement, and games, little ones develop motor skills, focus, and self-expression in a fun, supportive environment.

    Mindful Adventurers (Ages 5–11)

    Duration: 1 hour

    Perfect for school-aged kids, this class blends yoga, breathing exercises, and mindfulness with engaging themes and activities. Each session encourages movement, emotional resilience, and a sense of exploration.

    Calm Creators (Ages 11–14)

    Duration: 1 hour

    Supporting tweens and teens during a time of growth, this class combines yoga, mindfulness, and self-expression. Participants build emotional balance, focus, and creativity through movement and art.

    Elevated Minds (Ages 14-18)

    Duration: 1 hour

    A class designed for teens navigating the transition to adulthood, blending yoga, mindfulness, and reflective practices. Through movement, breathwork, and journaling, participants build resilience, manage stress, and cultivate self-awareness in a supportive environment.

    Grounded Souls (Ages 18+)

    Duration: 1 hour

    A rejuvenating class for adults seeking balance and connection. This session combines yoga, meditation, and intentional breathing to reduce stress, promote self-care, and ground the body and mind in a peaceful space.

    Age Ranges:

    3-5: Preschool (45 minute classes)

    5-11: Kids (1 hour)

    11-14: Tween (1 hour)

    14-18: Teen (1 hour)

    18+: Adult (1 hour)

  • Looking for a night out? Send your kids to our themed Yoga & Art Camps, offered monthly on Friday or Saturday evenings! These 2.5-hour sessions include:

    • A themed yoga class.

    • Creative crafts.

    • Games and activities.

    • A light snack.

    Perfect for kids ages 4–13!

  • Celebrate your child’s special day with us! Our birthday parties are the perfect combination of yoga and art! Celebrate at the studio or your house! You choose the theme, and we provide the themed yoga class (30 minutes) and craft (30 minutes). Parties held at the studio have an additional 30 minutes for cake/ food (that the host brings). You may also add on additional services for parties (see “Birthday Parties” to learn more).

  • We are proud to offer adaptive yoga classes designed to meet the unique needs of every child, ensuring an inclusive and supportive experience for all abilities. These sessions focus on fostering mindfulness, movement, and self-confidence in a way that works best for each child.

  • 2Mindful Girls offers one-time or ongoing group classes to small or large groups.  Private classes can be customizable to fit your needs.  Please contact us for details.

  • This is an hour long yoga class for your scout group that takes place at our location or we can come to your meeting location.  This class includes breathing techniques, yoga, games, relaxation, themed craft and lots of fun.  This class can be customized for the group to earn a specific badge.  Incorporating yoga into a scout group program to earn badges can be both fun and meaningful.

  • It is a delightful way to introduce young children to the practice of yoga through storytelling, imagination, and movement. It blends the natural creativity of children with the mindful practice of yoga to engage their minds and bodies in a holistic and fun experience.
