Join us for three themed adventures inspired by some of your favorite Disney movies, where imagination, movement, and creativity come together. Each week, children will explore a new magical theme through yoga, mindfulness, art, games, and creative play in a fun and welcoming environment.

Series Dates:

🌺 August 3 – Ohana Yoga & Mindful Art (island-inspired)

🌊 August 10 – Under the Sea Yoga & Mindful Art

🚀 August 17 – To Infinity & Beyond Yoga & Mindful Art

Each class includes:

🧘 Mindful yoga poses

🎨 A creative mindfulness art project

🎲 Mindfulness games and movement activities

🖍️ A themed coloring activity
