In this playful and empowering class, kids ages 9–14 will explore the connection between movement and creativity through a unique blend of yoga and art. Each session begins with a mindful yoga practice designed to build strength, balance, and self-awareness. Through breathwork, stretching, and themed poses, students learn to ground themselves and tap into their inner calm.
After yoga, we transition into an expressive art activity that complements the week’s theme—encouraging imagination, reflection, and self-expression. Young artists will have the freedom to create in a supportive, judgment-free space.
This class nurtures emotional wellness, body confidence, and creative thinking—perfect for tweens and early teens navigating their unique journey.
No prior yoga or art experience needed.
