Cozy Yogis Mini Camp 🌙🧸✨

Grab your favorite PJs and get ready for the coziest morning of yoga, creativity, and mindful fun! Cozy Yogis Mini Camp is a playful and calming experience designed to help children move their bodies, express their creativity, and explore simple mindfulness strategies they can use when they need a little calm.

Throughout the morning, campers will:

• 🧘 Practice fun, cozy-themed yoga poses and movement

• 🎨 Create two creative mindfulness crafts

• 💛 Play interactive mindfulness games

• 🖍️ Complete a special Cozy Yogi coloring activity

• 🌬️ Explore simple breathing and calming strategies

• 🧸 Practice relaxation, body awareness, and mindful rest

• ✨ Enjoy a Goldfish snack (or bring your own nut free snack)

Children are welcome to come dressed in their favorite pajamas for an extra-cozy morning!
