Dive into a sandy adventure as we stretch and move like our favorite beach animals! Little ones will explore playful yoga poses inspired by crabs, sea turtles, dolphins, and more, practice calming ocean breaths, and build balance and coordination. We’ll end with a sweet seaside craft to bring our beach adventure to life.
