Children will move through 14 Pop Star Yoga Poses inspired by microphones, guitars, disco balls, backstage passes, concert tickets, and more. They'll practice calming Microphone Breath, build confidence and self-expression with the My Pop Star Self SEL Activity, and get moving with a fun Pop Star Freeze Dance using the included yoga cards. Finish your class with a peaceful Pop Star Relaxation and themed coloring page.
