Celebrate Valentine’s Day with movement, mindfulness, and creativity! This playful preschool yoga and art class invites little ones to stretch, move, and breathe through fun, heart-themed yoga poses and games. We’ll practice kindness, friendship, and calm feelings, then create a simple Valentine-inspired art project to take home.
