Calling all Super Yogis! Join us for a morning filled with movement, creativity, and mindful fun! This playful mini camp combines kids yoga and social-emotional learning activities designed to help children build confidence, practice mindfulness, and discover their own inner superpowers.
Throughout the morning, campers will:
🧘 Practice fun, superhero-inspired yoga poses and movement
💥 Move through exciting obstacle courses
🎯 Play interactive mindfulness games
🎨 Color their own Super Yogi activity page
🦸 Design and decorate their very own superhero cape
✨ Create a personalized superhero mask
💛 Goldfish snack will be provided OR bring your own nut free snack
