Calling all Super Yogis! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ This fun, high-energy curriculum takes children on a superhero adventure while building strength, confidence, kindness, mindfulness, and social-emotional skills along the way.

Little yogis will warm up for their superhero mission, practice 12 superhero-themed yoga poses, learn a calming Superpower Breath, discover what makes them super, and put their skills to the test with fun physical challenges. The lesson combines movement, imaginative play, mindfulness, and SEL for an engaging experience kids will love!
