The Mindfulness Series

The mindfulness series will immerse your child into the world of yoga and mindfulness through a kid lens! Kids will do mindful art and yoga poses/ mindfulness games in this class. Class themes:
Week 1: Intro to Mindfulness & The Brain
Week 2: Listening & My Anchor Spot
Week 3: Noticing My Thoughts
Week 4: Breathing Techniques & Body Scan
